The primary bedroom brings together a feeling of Lake Michigan's shores with a brand new king bed, windows overlooking the cedar grove, two nightstands with bedside lamps, and a soft area rug on top of gorgeous new floors. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with double vanity. On the other end of the home is a second bedroom offering a brand new queen bed, with a bathroom just outside the door. Finally, in the third bedroom, delight in the ultimate sleepover adventure as you step into our bunk room with two bunk beds, where dreams are made, giggles fill the air, and lifelong memories are created. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your bed to catch a favorite show; there are brand new smart TV’s in king and queen bedrooms, and YouTube TV is provided for guests’ use.

There are two bathrooms spread throughout the home. The primary bathroom offers a full shower, double vanity, and plenty of plush hotel-quality towels. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower that invites you to unwind and rejuvenate in style. All bathrooms will pamper you with complimentary toiletries including all the essentials like hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner from our favorite brands.

There are many extraordinary restaurants just minutes away, but on days you want to cook at home, the open-concept kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals. It features modern touches, expansive counter space, custom cabinets, a large sink, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances like a toaster, blender, oven/stove, microwave, and multiple coffee & tea options to suit every hot beverage lover's dreams. The kitchen offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, featuring a cozy gas fireplace with a mounted TV above; flip on the fireplace quickly and easily, creating a cozy ambiance for chilly mornings or nights.

Additionally, our sunroom provides a peaceful retreat with soft seating, inviting you to immerse yourself in a good book while basking in the warmth of natural sunlight. Set up a dedicated workstation at the desk and chair with a beautiful outdoor wooded view if a little business needs to get done before settling in for some relaxation.

The living room offers comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy a family movie night together. Or gather in the adjacent breakfast nook and enjoy a game night or puzzle building.

The home sits on 4.5 acres of a mature cedar grove in Sister Bay and offers a quiet and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. A cozy front porch welcomes you home, while the back porch is complete with outdoor lounge furniture to sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the aromatic air. Outside also features a gated and fenced in dog run for your four legged pal, as well as a beautiful new fire pit area, all surrounded by cedar grove.

Heated Garage Game Room: When you’re not curled up reading a book or enjoying the outdoors, you will find a pool table and foosball table within the heated garage to extend those indoor Wisconsin winter activities.

When you stay at Cottage & Bay, you’ll have the property entirely to yourself. Take advantage of the amenities available; bring your laptops, connect to the WiFi, get work done before you play, and use the full-size washer and dryer in the private laundry room to stay on top of your laundry. There is plenty of space to park on the driveway or in the garage, and you’ll be given a digital key code to access the property. From here, you’re less than five minutes from the local grocery store, gas stations, coffee shops, locally-owned shops, ice cream shops, and some of the area’s most popular shops and restaurants. You’re also a short drive from beaches, parks, playgrounds, walking & hiking trails, and nature centers.

☆☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆☆

Cottage & Bay was refreshed top to bottom in 2023. Our home will offer your family modern comforts through brand new luxury mattresses, two cozy and comfortable bathrooms, and a comfortable open kitchen, dining room, sun room, and living room space.

The home is ideally located 5 minutes south of downtown Sister Bay, and our property is directly off Highway 57. That means two things, it's very easy to get to, but there's also plenty of traffic on Highway 57 around Sister Bay. While we're confident it won't hinder your stay, it's important to note that you may see or hear cars passing by the home on the highway. Additionally, while our home is just south of Sister Bay and close to most of downtown Sister Bay's main attractions, walking into town is not simple, as Highway 57 is a busy road with small shoulders and no sidewalks or bike paths. We do recommend that guests be prepared to drive to and from our home as that's the best means of transportation to and from the house.

After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at Cottage & Bay, which you will be able to execute digitally.

Cottage & Bay does have two external cameras monitoring the driveway as well as the fire pit, and also uses noise monitoring systems to monitor the noise on property.

Our family has visited Door County for many years and we've always dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise in this beautiful area of Wisconsin!

Cottage and Bay is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love relaxing at the fire pit roasting s'mores after a day of exploring Door County! On the days that the Wisconsin weather won't cooperate, we enjoy playing a round of pool, family board games or building puzzles. The location is a perfect oasis yet a quick drive over to Sister Bay!
